Cookies

This document informs Users on the technologies that help this Web Page achieve the purposes described below. Said technologies allow the Holder to access information and store it (for example, using a Cookie) or to use resources (for example, running a script) in the Users' device while they interact with this Web Page.

In short, in this document all these types of technologies are called "Trackers", unless there is a reason to explain the difference between them.

For example, while Cookies can be used in web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile apps as they are browser-based trackers. For this reason, in this document, the term Cookies will only be used when it is specifically mentioned to designate this specific kind of Tracker.

This Web Page uses Trackers directly managed by the Holder (called "first-party" Trackers) and Trackers that make possible services provided by a third-party (called "third-party" Trackers). Unless otherwise stated in this document, third-party providers may access the Trackers they manage.

The validity and expiry deadlines of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the duration established by the Holder or corresponding provider. Some of them expire at the end of the User's browsing session.

In addition to what is specified in the descriptions included in each of the categories listed later, Users may find more accurate and updated information on the duration specifications, as well as any other relevant information - such as the presence of other Trackers - in the privacy policies of the corresponding third-party providers for which links are provided or by contacting the Holder.

How to manage preferences and grant and revoke consent

There are several ways to manage the preferences related to Trackers and to grant or revoke consent, when appropriate: Users may manage preferences related to Trackers directly from the settings of their devices, for example, by preventing the use or storage of Trackers.

Furthermore, as long as the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users may grant or revoke said consent by establishing their preferences in the notice on cookies or by updating those preferences as desired through the corresponding consent preferences widget, if any.

It is also possible to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to remind the User's initial consent, through the corresponding functions of the browser or the device. When deleting the browsing history, other Trackers of the browser's local memory may be deleted as well.

As regards third-party Trackers, Users may manage their preferences and revoke their consent by means of the related disabling link (if any), using the means stated in the third-party privacy policy or by contacting said third-party.

Location of the Trackers setting

For example, Users may find information on how to manage Cookies in the most frequently used browsers at the following addresses:

Users may also manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile apps by disabling them through the setting of the relevant device, such as the device's advertising settings for mobile devices or the tracking settings in general (Users may open the device's settings and look for the relevant option).

How to disable interest-based advertising
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users are hereby informed that they may follow the instructions provided by YourOnlineChoices (EU), la Network Advertising Initiative (USA) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (USA), DAAC (Canadá), DDAI (Japan) and other similar services.

These initiatives allow Users to select their tracking preferences for most of the advertising tools. The Holder, therefore, advises the User to use these resources in addition to the information provided in this document.

The Digital Advertising Alliance offers an app called AppChoices that helps Users control interest-based advertising in mobile apps.
