Todo ello mediante un sistema totalmente informatizado, para lograr una perfecta distribución tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Workshop Area: The Heart of Our Innovation

Encompassing 1,200 m², this pivotal area is where Hidroten's product excellence begins. Here, all product molds are meticulously designed, created, and repaired. Equipped with a comprehensive array of lathes, milling machines, and state-of-the-art machining centers, alongside advanced computer systems and the latest 3D mold design software, we ensure unparalleled precision from conception to creation.

Mold Logistics Areas: Ensuring Consistent Quality

contenido.Hidroten almacena en estos 500m2 la gran mayoría de sus moldes. Esta zona dispone de un taller totalmente equipado y un equipo humano altamente cualificado para mantener los moldes siempre en un óptimo estado.

Production Areas: Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities

contenido.Hidroten cuenta con más de 4.400m2 de espacio dedicado a áreas productivas, divididas en cuatro amplias naves perfectamente acondicionadas para albergar más de 56 máquinas de inyección de última generación, las cuales van desde 45 T hasta 2.100 T.

Laboratory and Technical Area: Fostering Innovation and Expertise

Recognizing that innovation and continuous learning are vital, Hidroten dedicates over 800 m² to offices, technical workspaces, laboratories, and a well-appointed training room capable of accommodating over 50 individuals. Fully equipped with a projector, screens, wireless sound, and all necessary tools, this space serves as a hub for meetings, technical seminars, conferences, and press briefings.
