As part of its commitment to social sustainability and talent development, Hidroten took part in the “Speed Job Dating” event, organized by the Red Cross and Brandty to boost employability across the province of Alicante.
The event brought together 14 local companies and 22 newly trained professionals who had just completed the Digital Administration program, focused on key skills like advanced Excel, ERP, SAP, document management, and automation of administrative processes.
Throughout the session, participants had the chance to meet directly with recruitment teams from the participating companies, including Hidroten, helping connect emerging talent with the industrial sector.
The day also featured a workshop on “Artificial Intelligence and Employability,” which explored how new technologies are shaping job searches and recruitment, highlighting the growing importance of digitalization in the workplace.
Through this initiative, Hidroten reinforces its commitment to nurturing local talent, promoting inclusion, and collaborating with organizations that drive training and innovation as engines of social progress.
